Sangeeth Varghese is a globally acknowledged leadership thinker, ranked among the top 10, from the Harvard and London School of Economics. He is the author of the No.1 business bestseller in India ‘Open Source Leader’ and the global bestseller ‘Decide to Lead’. He was nominated as a Young Global Leader 2010 by the World Economic Forum, Davos and was honoured as the first Asian Youth Ambassador by the government of Libya.
Varghese is a mentor for several CEOs and sits on the boards of two companies. He is the Founding Curator of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers and a board member of the Global Business Oath chaired by Nitin Nohria, Dean of Harvard Business School. He has appeared in several television and print media including BBC, CNBC, NDTV, and TimesNow as an expert on the topic. Varghese was chosen to guest edit the 2008 New Year edition of Times of India as a "Young Achiever Making a Difference to India's Future" and was a contributing editor for Forbes and Economic Times.
Prior to this, Varghese was a Principal Consultant for UNO based out of London. Varghese researched and studied leadership at Harvard and the London School of Economics with scholarships. He has also done his MBA and Bachelor's in Economics with gold medals.

Prof.N.S.Ramaswamy was the Founder Director who established IIM Bangalore and was a Director at NITIE, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and the Chairman of Indian Heritage Academy. He was formerly Consultant to UN-FAO, UNIDO and UNESCO.
Prof. N S Ramaswamy, was the first Professor of Management in the University System and taught in Bajaj Institute of Management of Bombay University in 1952. He brought new dimensions to Management Education by taking Management Science to hitherto neglected sectors of the economy, such as Transport, Power, Education, Health, Agriculture, Rural Development, Public Administration, Political System, etc. Recognizing his pioneering contribution, Government of India appointed him as National Research Professor in Management, one of the twelve Professors for all fields in the country. In recognition of this numerous contributions, he was conferred Padmabhushan by Dr.Abdul Kalam, the then President in the year 2006.
Narayanan Vaghul has 48 years of experience in the financial sector and has been the Chairman of Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India Limited for 16 years and of ICICI Bank for the last two years. Prior to this, he was Chairman of the Bank of India and Executive Director of the Central Bank of India. He was also a visiting Professor at the Stern Business School at New York University and was also a board member of various other companies, including Wipro Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, Nicholas Piramal India Limited and Apollo Hospitals.
Dr. Tom Kirchmier, a strategy expert, researches and teaches at the London School of Economics, where his interests include Negotiation Analysis, Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructuring and Corporate Performance. He has been with the LSE for the last ten years and has strong links with the Financial Markets Group. Prior to this he has worked for Oracle Business Consulting and a Deutsche Bank owned consulting firm. He holds a Ph.D. and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics, and a Masters in Economics from the University of Regensburg, Germany.
John Hunter Murray has over 25 years of counseling, coaching and mentoring experience in the USA, Australian and UK business world. In 1983, Rupert Murdoch, the media icon, relocated John from Sydney, Australia, to London where he initiated coaching and soft-skills training for journalists and staff of The Times, Sunday Times, Sun and News of the World and the start-up of Sky TV. After 20 years in the UK, working with clients such as Rothschild’s, HarperCollins, Time-Life International, The Economist, he returned to Australia in 2000 where he continued his work with a variety of companies, including a major part of the Australian Coal Industry and Australia’s leading Design and Industry Company. Ranji Abraham heads all the operations across India and abroad. Prior to joining LeadCap, he was with General Motors working as Head of Human Resources leading the HR initiatives of its captive Technical Centre in Bangalore. Before joining GM, he was with Escorts Ltd., for nearly 10 years working in various responsibility levels such as Head of HR. He has extensive experience in various functional areas of HR such as Talent Management, Leadership Development, Staff Recruitment & Retention, Performance Management, Competency Assessment and Organizational Development. He studied at NIT Calicut and NPC, Chennai. He is a certified PI Analyst (Predictive Index), a competency assessment process. He is also a certified assessor on HR Competencies under an XLRI–NHRD–CII initiative to build the HR Competencies of the nation. He is well versed with Hay Methodology of Job Analysis & Job Evaluation and is a certified trainer for GM’s Global Leadership Program.
Kris Inapurapu is the strategy and alliances head of LeadCap based out of the US. Prior to this, he was the Director Value Engineering Group with Open Text Corporation. Here, he has been a management and technology consultant for the Fortune 500 customers and has been involved in architecting and implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions for SAP Business Platforms. His core expertise is in the areas of Information Lifecycle Management and Business Process Optimization.
Mr. Inapurapu is currently doing his MBA from the Sloan School of Management, MIT. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Systems Engineering from Villanova University, Philadelphia.
Sunoj Philip, brings along with him two decades of in marketing. He was former MD of TCG Communications and is currently running ‘Freethinkers’ specialising in the educational and service sectors.
Amar Gupta is a grauduate from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. A KVPY scholar (Kishore Vaigyanik Protshahana Yojana) and an undergraduate researcher at the National University of Singapore, Amar brings along a eclectic skill-set having worked on a range of research as well as industrial projects in Information retrieval systems, User-interface design and Enterprise solutions while studying to be an Architect. He has been the part of the team who has developed India’s first ERP system used by any Institute to digitize its in-house administration. He also interned with the Scandinavian Media giant- AidCom AS. Amar was selected as the Youngest Yatri for the prestigious TATA Jagriti Jagriti Yatra in its first all India Entrepreneurial awakening journey, fully funded by TATA in 2008.
Fabio Manno is educational specialist with nearly a decade of experience in management of educational institutions. His major interests and assignements deal with didactics, assessment and educational planning. He has worked for the University of Palermo, EF Education and the Italian Ministry of Education. He is expert in managing European educational projects and he is consultant for several education providers. He has worked as a senior professional for several programs concerning gender equity, social inclusion and school dropouts, for disadvantaged areas of Europe funded by European Social Fund. Thanks to his international trainings (United kingdom, France, Italy, Czech Republic) he has gained a deep and on field experience of European education systems. He is former headmaster of one of the most prominent Italian secondary schools, John Milton high language school.
