We are convinced that the vision that we are striving towards is bigger than what one individual or one organization can handle. Hence, we are willing to offer all our help to every single individual and organization (especially NGOs) focused on their missions:
We offer help in two ways:
- Free online leadership training for the employees of any non-profit organization, so that they could be empowered and be more productive in their work
- Free online leadership training for any communities and community leaders, so that they are better equipped in driving changes
- Having achieved this self-awareness, we shall mentor these individuals to help them discover their hidden skills ? in the areas of communication, self-motivation, problem solving, decision making etc.
