Sangeeth Varghese is a leadership thinker, a Forbes columnist, a best-selling author and the founder of LeadCap. Varghese's contributions to the arena of leadership were mentioned in the February 2008 issue of Sensex journal, the official journal of Bombay Stock Exchange, alongside Ken Blanchard and Marshall Goldsmith.
Varghese is a mentor for several start-up organizations and sits on the boards of two companies. He is the author of the bestseller 'Decide to Lead', which is currently in its second revised reprint. Varghese writes a weekly column,"The Leading Edge" for Forbes. Previously he wrote a popular weekly column "The Pole Position" for The Economic Times, the world's second largest financial daily and another one "Sangeeth Varghese on Leadership", for Businessworld, India's largest business magazine. He has appeared in several television and print media including BBC, CNBC, NDTV, and TimesNow as an expert on the topic. Varghese was chosen to guest edit the 2008 New Year edition of Times of India as a "young star making a difference to India's future".

Kris Inapurapu has been a management and technology consultant for the Fortune 500 customers of Open Text Corporation and currently working as Director of Value Engineering Group. For the past 4 years he has been primarily involved in architecting and implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions for SAP Business Platforms. His core expertise is in the areas of Information Lifecycle Management and Business Process Optimization. Mr. Inapurapu holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Systems Engineering from Villanova University, Philadelphia.Kris Inapurapu is currently a Trustee at LeadCap and responsible for the following activities:
Promote the core objectives of LeadCap (leadership awareness, community service, entrepreneurship) worldwide, and participate in development of new strategic initiatives, identify and coordinate strategic partnerships with other organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, evaluate projects, assemble global action teams, and provide guidance to these teams and manage the core team responsible for operations of LeadCapper.com, an online platform that is developed to promote personal leadership.
