Got a Big Idea? At LeadCap we believe strongly that no idea is a bad idea. We also believe that there is more than just one solution to every problem in this world - be it developing leadership talent, alleviating poverty or starting up a business. We encourage LeadCappers to think big, take risks, make mistakes and learn from these mistakes. We allow them to share their ideas freely, with out fear; be it in spoke meetings, conferences or story circles. If you have an idea that could help the cause of leadership - it need not be social alone, it could be a commercial or a business idea - share it with us. We shall surely follow it up.
