Sangeeth Varghese is a globally recognized leadership expert, and the visionary behind LeadCap. Varghese is a mentor for several CEOs and start-up organisations. He serves as a director on the boards of six companies including Defussion, a research and consulting firm and Voice of Youth, a youth focused consultancy. Prior to this, he worked for the UNO in Europe. He was a columnist for Businessworld, India's largest business magazine and for Forbes. He is the author of the bestseller 'Decide to Lead - Eight decisions that can make you a leader'. He has appeared in several television and print media including BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC and NDTV as an authority on the topic. Varghese was chosen to guest edit the 2008 New Year edition of Times of India as a "Young Star Making a Difference to India's Future". Varghese has done his research and masters at the London School of Economics with a scholarship. He has also done his MBA and Bachelor's in Economics with gold medals. Varghese lectures widely, coaching and mentoring future leaders. He talks to groups with a single-minded objective: to make people believe in themselves that they can achieve the impossible.
